Open houses
Open Houses are for our booked clients only!
They are offered at least once a month.
Here is how attending an Open House can benefit you:
Do you have family members or friends who would love to see the venue but weren’t able to attend your initial tour? This is a great time for them to come check it out!
If you have chosen the Deluxe Package, this is a great time to come see our decor and practice setting up centerpieces if you would like! All we ask is that you put things back where you found them at the end of the Open House.
Although you can absolutely rehearse for your Ceremony at another location or the morning of your event, if you would like a rehearsal beforehand at the venue, you are welcome to use this time to rehearse.
If you have vendors needing to see the space for setup (DJs, photographers, caterers, etc.), this is an opportunity for them to do so.
If you are wanting to come by to take measurements, determine a “Weather Plan B”, or any other needs, that is what this time is for!
If you would like to take photos at the venue, you are welcome to do so at this time!
If you have questions, a staff member will be available to answer any questions you may have! Sometimes clients need assistance with the Online Planner- this is an awesome time to meet with us in person if needed!
