WEEKDAY REHEARSAL & SETUP

IF YOU HAVE RENTED A TUESDAY-FRIDAY FOR YOUR MAIN EVENT, WE OFFER THE OPTION TO BOOK THE DAY DIRECTLY PRIOR FOR SETUP OR REHEARSAL! (THIS IS A HUGE PERK OF CHOOSING A FRIDAY EVENT DATE)

  • ACCESS TO AREAS YOU HAVE RENTED FOR YOUR MAIN EVENT FOR 6 HOURS (MUST BE CONSECUTIVE HOURS BETWEEN 10AM-8PM)

  • BLUETOOTH SOUND SYSTEM

  • IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE DELUXE PACKAGE FOR YOUR EVENT, YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE LANTANA ACRES TABLETOP DECOR FOR SETUP.

ADDITIONAL HOURS $200/HR

ADDITIONAL $500 DEPOSIT & A SEPARATE CONTRACT REQUIRED TO BOOK. THIS AMOUNT WILL APPLY TOWARDS THE TOTAL.

Please note

  • $1000 deposit & a signed contract required to reserve date. Deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel, but becomes refundable after the event as long as there are no damages or violation of the contract. Our event rules are very clearly stated prior to signing the contract.

  • We require an event insurance policy for every event due at the time of booking. Approximate cost: $250. This insurance also protects you in the case of major damages.

  • Security is required while the event is taking place and any time guests are present at the venue. (Not required during set up time) One guard is required per 100 guests per area rented. Security fee is $60 per hour per guard. Security is required regardless of if there is a bar or not.

  • Additional Bartender Hours: $75 per hour per bartender. One bartender required per 85 guests. Tips are not included. You can find our bar packages & rules here.

  • There is a credit card processing fee of 3.5%

  • Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes clients tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted price/terms/package inclusions will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
